3. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items
3.1 Virtual Items
The Services may offer optional purchases of virtual currency, virtual items, upgrades, skills, and other digital content (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items are licensed digital content for use within the Services only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or other items of value outside the Services.
3.2 Payment and Delivery
Payments for in-game purchases are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full payment card details.
After successful payment confirmation, purchased Virtual Items will be credited to your account or in-game inventory. Delivery may be delayed in limited circumstances due to technical or network issues.
3.3 Use of Virtual Items
Virtual Items are non-transferable unless a particular feature of the Services expressly allows otherwise.
You may not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer Virtual Items outside the Services.
We may modify, adjust, or discontinue Virtual Items as part of game updates, balancing, or changes to the Services.
Any Virtual Items associated with an account may be lost when the account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
3.4 Refunds
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws or our Refund Policy.
4. Ownership and License
All content made available through the Services, including graphics, text, software, audio, video, trademarks, game designs, and user interface elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, or commercially exploit the Services or their content without our prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
