Our approach to refunds
Purchases of Virtual Items, upgrades, and other digital content within the Services are generally final and non-refundable once the purchased content has been successfully delivered, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent;
Purchased content was not delivered due to a verified technical issue; or
A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Virtual Items or digital content that have been delivered, claimed, used, or consumed are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed where the circumstances do not meet the applicable refund requirements.
To request a refund, please contact us using the email address provided on our Contact Us page and provide relevant transaction details, such as the purchase date, transaction ID, and a description of the issue.
We aim to review refund requests and provide an update within 7 business days after receiving the information reasonably required to assess the request.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
